TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Identificationof the Owner 

B2Bit (hereinafter, “B2Bit”) is a company specialized in software development, system integrations, process automation, and technological services for businesses. 

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.b2bit.es, as well as the contracting of services offered by B2Bit. 

Use of the website or the hiring of services implies full acceptance of these conditions. 

B2Bit reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon publication on the website. 

 

2. ScopeofServices 

B2Bit provides technological services that may include, but are not limited to: 

• Custom software development  

• System integrations (ERP, CRM, APIs, etc.)  

• Business process automation  

• Technology consulting  

• Technical support and maintenance  

The specific conditions of each service will be detailed in the commercial proposal or quotation accepted by the client. 

 

3. Contracting 

The contracting of services is formalized through the acceptance of a quotation, commercial proposal, or agreement between the parties. 

The client agrees to: 

• Provide truthful and complete information  

• Collaborate in the development of the project  

• Comply with agreed payment terms  

B2Bit reserves the right to reject projects or cancel services in case of non-compliance or misuse. 

 

4. Pricingand Payment Terms 

Service prices will be those indicated in the commercial proposal accepted by the client. 

Unless otherwise stated: 

• Payments may be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods  

• Invoices will be issued in accordance with applicable laws  

• Prices do not include taxes (VAT or others), which will be added where applicable  

For recurring services (maintenance, support, licenses, etc.), billing will be carried out periodically as agreed. 

 

5. Non-Payment

In the event of non-payment: 

• B2Bit may temporarily suspend the service  

• Access to systems or developed solutions may be blocked  

• The contract may be terminated unilaterally  

The client will remain responsible for any outstanding amounts. 

 

6. ServiceModifications

B2Bit reserves the right to: 

• Modify, update, or improve its services  

• Adapt the technologies used  

• Change operational conditions when necessary  

Whenever possible, the client will be informed in advance if changes affect the contracted service. 

 

7. Cancellationand Termination 

The client may cancel services according to the conditions agreed in the commercial proposal. 

For ongoing projects: 

• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed  

• No refunds will be issued for services already performed  

B2Bit may terminate the contract in case of breach by the client. 

 

8. IntellectualProperty 

All software, developments, code, designs, and documentation created by B2Bit remain the property of B2Bit, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

The client is granted a right of use over the delivered developments, limited to what is agreed in the contract. 

The following are prohibited: 

• Copying or redistributing the software without authorization  

• Reverse engineering  

• Using the developments for purposes not agreed upon  

 

9. Liability

B2Bit does not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted, although it will make reasonable efforts to minimize issues. 

B2Bit shall not be liable for: 

• Indirect losses or loss of profits  

• Failures caused by third parties (hosting providers, APIs, external software)  

• Misuse of the services by the client  

B2Bit’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the contracted service. 

 

10. Security and DataProtection

B2Bit complies with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 

When B2Bit acts as a data processor, the corresponding agreement will be signed with the client. 

 

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the contractual relationship. 

This obligation will remain in force even after termination of the contract. 

 

12. AcceptableUse 

The client agrees not to use the services for: 

• Illegal activities  

• Sending spam  

• Distribution of malware or harmful content  

B2Bit may suspend the service if misuse is detected. 

 

13. Communications

B2Bit may send communications related to: 

• The contracted service  

• Relevant updates  

• Commercial information  

Users may unsubscribe from commercial communications at any time. 

 

14. GoverningLaw 

These terms are governed by Spanish law. 

For any disputes, the parties shall submit to the competent courts in accordance with applicable regulations.
